In order to clarify the parameters of allowed and restricted activities in the different areas where community quarantine is declared, scattered provisions of the IATF resolutions were codified into the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines and released by the IATF last April 20, 2020 through Resolution No. 30.
This was subsequently adopted through Executive Order 112 (s.2020) and has been regularly updated to respond to the prevailing situation. The latest iteration of the IATF Omnibus Guidelines is that as of September 23, 2021.
